wonderful stay with minor hiccups
easy beach nice selection attentive staff complimentary parking
the location was great, providing easy beach access. i found the breakfast good, offering a nice selection. i appreciated the staff, always attentive to my needs. parking was complimentary, a welcome benefit, i thought.
i noted some minor signs of wear in the room. it did not significantly impact my stay though.

the studio apartment was clean and spacious. it included a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. a balcony offered views of the surrounding resort grounds. this was appreciated.

The breakfast buffet had many options including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. i saw several dining venues. Each offered different cuisines. the beach bar provided convenient access to refreshments during the day. i found it convenient.

extensive buffet convenient parking true care
The breakfast buffet was varied and extensive, i was grateful for the delicious options. the hotel offered convenient parking within the resort grounds. We found a spot easily! the staff showed true care, especially elizabeth and rodrigo. I really appreciated their calm approach. we had free bus rides to the city, a great asset
Some advertised amenities were closed or unavailable, disappointing. the indoor pool had limited access, only between 9 am and noon. Not very convenient. they also charged for beach chairs, and umbrellas which i disliked.

The resort features multiple pools, including thermal one. the gym has modern equipment. I noticed several treadmills and stationary bikes. there's direct beach access. So convenient.

staff members were attentive and helpful. the free shuttle service to the nearby city was reliable. towel service near the pool operated efficiently. cleaning was top notch, the staff were amazing.

nespresso machine free bus missing remote staff promise
We got a studio APARTMENT. It included a nespresso machine, nice. THE free bus into town was a great amenity.
THE tv remote was missing from my room. The staff promised to bring it, but it never arrived so I COULDN'T watch tv.

great selection beach access musty smell small insects
the breakfast was amazing!!! it had a great selection of items. the access to the beach was super convenient for me.
i noticed a musty smell in my suite on the -2 level. small insects, including ants, were all over the room and bathroom. it was a bit annoying!

modern design nearby beach wide choice good perfume
The room had a modern design. I could easily reach the nearby beach from the hotel, a definite plus. The breakfast included so much choice. The lobby consistently had a very good room perfume, a nice detail. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and efficient.
I noticed some areas of disrepair needing some attention.

pool space private access dirty conditions rude behavior
the location was close to the beach. it had three restaurants and a bar. also, there was lots of pool space and private access to the beach.
I found a lot of insects in the room? the conditions felt dirty. katerina at the reception was rude. She had irresponsible behavior.
